We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
- Manage client accounts, process transactions, and handle cash when necessary.
- Perform data entry accurately into company systems to update customer records.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other software tools to support daily operations.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client satisfaction levels.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Outbound calling experience is desirable for proactive client engagement.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
